Every week I have the privilege of working with different churches and non-profit organizations, helping them find ways to raise awareness, increase effectiveness, and ultimately further the mission of their organization. Every where you look there is good. I know some of my friends out there tend to see the glass half empty, but I tend to see an empty glass that is just waiting to be filled up again. I am a strong believer that there is good in everyone and that every circumstance has an opportunity to be moved into a positive direction. Please don't mistake me with that silly naive neighbor, or that slick preacher on TV.  However, surely we can all agree, there is nothing worse than the invasion of a Debbie Downer into a perfectly good conversation, meeting, or event.
